We won a Sportsmanship Trophy
Last night the Victoria Underwater Hockey club was awarded the Pacific Coast Championships Sportsmanship trophy for our excellent conduct both under the water and above it. This was a little unexpected and we’re very honored to be the recipients of such an award. Way to go Brad and Patrik for setting the standard and tone for our play for the weekend.

Hi Gang,
Well I’m certainly proud to be on a team that received the Sportsmanship Trophy award. I would’ve loved to have been there to see you all receive the award. You all played very hard, and did quite well for a new team coming on board, especially with the high level of play that you all came across this past weekend. I viewed all the pictures. Looks like you had fun at the banquet. I REALLY wished I could have stayed and partied it up with you people. I had fun, except for the cold part! The towel boys were great though! Hope to see you at the potluck tourny and who knows, maybe another PCC’s? Take care everyone and have fun playing hockey!!
